Scoutbook

Official advancement stays in Scoutbook.

This site is a companion and does not sync with Scoutbook, so families log in there to follow their child’s advancement. Leaders can preview a CSV export on this page without uploading it anywhere.

For families

  1. Create a my.scouting account

    Start at my.scouting.org, then open Scoutbook from the app launcher.

  2. Accept the unit invitation

    Once your child is registered, a leader sends your household an invitation to the unit in Scoutbook. Accept it and you will see advancement and events for your own family only.

  3. Keep health forms current

    We never display medical details on this website. Our leaders only track expiration status in Scoutbook.

Export Members or Advancement from the unit’s Scoutbook backup area, then drop the file here. Nothing leaves your browser. Headers are detected automatically, and no single Scoutbook column name is treated as permanent truth.
